Firestone Tire and Rubber Company is an American tire company founded by Harvey Firestone in 1900 to supply pneumatic tires for wagons, buggies, and other forms of wheeled transportation common in the era. Throughout the last one hundred years Firestone has become one of the best known brand of tires in the world. Firestone is the presenting sponsor for the documentary film “My Finish Line”, Starring Sam Schmidt and Michelle Murray. The documentary was filmed during the 2010 Indianapolis 500, the greatest spectacle in racing. Firestone has been instrumental in growing Michelle’s fan base through open wheel racing. Michelle is thankful for Firestone’s continued support of her music and her work as spokesperson for the Sam Schmidt Paralysis Foundation.
